"This was only my second time visiting this location and, I tell you, I wanted to love it, but my mushroom and swiss burger looked like a slice of jerky with barely 5 mushrooms. My husband's double mushroom and swiss was amazing! Not mine. I didn't have time to go back in as we're at the pageant, but what a disappointment."

"I love Culver’s and everything associated with its brand. A condiment station where katsup, napkins, lids, has to be kept clean, especially in flu season. On my visits, the area with condiments is either empty, or a mess, this is a trend at this location. Otherwise it’s great! The bathroom faucet is not functioning in the men’s room. Team notified."

"We were greeted when we arrived. We have 4 kids with us and someone can't from behind the counter to offer us a small kids menu that the kids could see better. Food was fast and delicious. I wish they was a Culver's closer to me and I wish everywhere had this level of customer service."

"Tonight we had a curbside order. We arrived, and put that we were there. 30 minutes go by waiting for our food, nothing. I decided to go in and see what the issue was. I stood at the counter for about 5 minutes, until then, not one person had looked at me. I explained to the worker what was going on, and they said that they haven’t even started our order. I asked to speak to the manager, as I asked for a refund as we needed to get somewhere. The worker said that would need manager approval. I waited about 10 minutes. I then got another worker to get the manager. Nothing. I decided to just walk out and forget the food or refund I should’ve been given. Very disappointing!"
