"This has quickly became my favorite bar in town. I've tried almost every drink on the menu, and all of them is excellent. We've also had an old fashioned and margarita, both excellent. If you think you don't like old fashioneds, try it here (I've always hated them, but clearly I just never had a good one). The servers and bartenders are excellent. It's a fun, colorful, and comforting environment. The staff know their stuff and will make your drink perfectly. Order a custom, Oscar's original cocktail or perhaps a classic Old Fashioned (never with cherry because that's sacrilegious). You won't be disappointed!"

"Oscar's was suggested to us while visiting as we had been to Thomas's in Mandan, which we loved (same owner). Definitely my new favorite spot in Bismarck. Loved the atmosphere, the service was great and the drinks were all delicious. The Espresso Martini was the best I've ever had."
