"I used to frequent The Stadium Sports Bar & The Lodge because the atmosphere was consistently top-notch, but lately it’s fallen short of those expectations. The food now feels like sub-par bar fare with limited options. Quick lunches during the workday will make you feel sluggish afterward. Drink prices have gone up while the overall experience hasn’t kept pace. More concerning is the decline in service. An example during a recent visit, I received a mixed drink that was undrinkable; when I politely asked for a replacement, the response from our server was noticeably rude and made me feel like I was in the wrong. Over time the staff have come across as more transactional than welcoming. I’m sharing this as constructive feedback — the place has real potential and was once a favorite — but until service and menu quality improve I won’t be coming back regularly. I hope management takes this to heart and works to restore what made this spot great."
"Excellent customer service, cold beer, food came out quickly. The buffalo-ranch dipping sauce is awesome. Only reason not 5 stars is that I ordered traditional wings for $14, you only get 7 ok-sized wings that were a bit over-cooked. I'd come here again as the service was friendly and fast! Update, 5 months later, service still fantastic, wings still overpriced. Great fast service."
"Used to enjoy coming here but $20 for two well drinks is ridiculous. One double tall well vodka and one black velvet. Never again. Update: Owner replied suggesting some kind of mistake. I posted a photo of the receipt. The amount seemed so far off we inquired with the server. She looked at the receipt and said "yeah that's what it cost". Owner, is your assertion that there is something wrong with your point of sale system, or that your staff is intentionally inflating prices?"
"The 4 star review isn’t a knock on the establishment, just was understaffed for the time we went, so getting table service was a challenge due to the amount of patrons and limited staff. I commend the staff for handling the volume and stress that particular day and time put on them."
