"My husband and I have been roasting coffee at home on a Behmor for about 10 years, we were delighted to discover Sparky’s last time we were in Cavalier visiting family. We had forgotten our coffee and were dying for a good cup of coffee. Their hot latte was super delicious, and we bought a bag of ground beans WOW! A really fun change from our roast profile. Got two more bags and coffee again our most recent trip! Excellent! I’d say while they’re sitting area may not be as cozy as some coffee shops, their coffee is so worth it! This is the real deal!
