"Great ice cream, however I felt so rush to order. The individuals working there spoke so fast and rushed us. Server threw ice cream back into container after a change of mind on size. Ordered waffle cone bowl and ice cream was put in smaller bowl and then placed into a larger bowl with no waffle cone. Asked them to put into waffle bowl and was met with heavy breaths and eyeballs. Not very friendly staff tonight at all. Young lady and 2 young men. Missed a 5 star because of workers. Maybe they were tired but even still be kind."

"I came in for ice cream tonight & I wasn't told welcome in, nor hello, nor even a smile. No big deal. I asked for non dairy options and the lady answered me. After I chose what I want, she got my order and slammed it on the counter then walked away. This is the second or third time a female employee slams the ice cream on the counter with an extremely unfriendly behavior. Without waiting for me to reach with my hand, nor even saying "here you go! :)" No smile, no "enjoy" or anything of the sort. I wonder why other customers get more of a welcome right in front of my eyes. Quite harsh to see, more than once."

"Our family favourite ice cream “Cold Stone’s”. Very nice ladies working. The place is clean and neat. A big variety of ice cream flavours. The ice cream was tasty, rich and creamy texture. The biscuits were fresh and crunchy. They serves the signature ice cream (predesigned mix of different kinds of ice cream, toppings, nuts, etc) or you can choose your own. They serves also ice cream cakes. The washrooms were clean. They have a high chairs. We loved our visit. Thank you team"

"Ice cream was good but the staff is terrible need to retrain again. Today I went to get some ice cream. The girl who was working there was not welcoming at all. I ordered an ice cream, and immediately I realized I didn't want that one. I wanted a different ice cream, so I asked to change it, but she just put the ice cream scoop down and walked away. After that, another lady who was working there came and completed my order."

"Fun place to visit. People are friendly and you sample before picking out your favorite flavor. Refreshing place to visit on these hot days. UPDATE: New flavors to keep the menu updated. Just had a chocolate soy milk ice cream shake with extra chocolate and it was awesome. HITS the spot on these hot days!"
