They're light and airy, they have a bunch of layers, and the dough itself is like a sweet bread and adds so much depth and flavor. But the FROSTING its so light. Its a vanilla style cream cheese frosting with a super light and airy texture. I've tried many different style rolls and these are by far the fluffiest and most flavorful I've ever had.
