"What an experience. Walk in and you see happy faces making cookies and a warm welcome to Crumbl cookies. Fascinating to watch the cookies being made, cookies and a show. Top-notch cookies, very large and packed with flavor. The Wonka and Black Forest were almost to pretty to, almost. Met with the owner Corey, very nice man and I appreciated his time of saying hello. Sophia showed me my order and checked to make sure I was happy. I'll be back and I look forward to trying the new cookie flavors as they come out. CONGRATULATIONS!"

"Today we went to this crumbl cookie excited to enjoy what has always been a great cookie. What we got was not was shown in the pictures or the live example of the cookies. The staff asked nicely if the order was good and when I said no they seemed shocked. As you can see by the pictures below the Snicker cookie is not even remotely close to the same as the example it online pictures. There was only snicker dust on the cookie not one snicker piece. I don’t mind paying for a high quality cookie but this was not close. The staff really did not seem to care and said we do our best with what we have. Well you should have the ingredients or don’t make the cookie. Take it off the menu. This was more like Crookie Crumbl. A very disappointing visit."

"The actual cooked dough might have been good. I could not tell. Before delivery the store covered the cookie with a layer of salt thick enough to change the flavor of the cookie such that the only flavor was salt. Will not go back again."
