"Stopped for a quick bite at the subway thinking it would be convenient since we needed gas. Extremely slow, poor service. The most unhappy and miserable person in retail I've ever met. The food quality was questionable. There were flies present over the open servery area. The price on the menu board does not match the point of sale pricing. Zero stars."

"2 hours to take a shower is unacceptable. To have a bathroom, one must generate points. That is a scam because the shower service is crap. Bathrooms are available, bathrooms are ready to be occupied, they are not enabled, the staff plays with the driver's time. I spoke with the staff and they were rude. They get upset about something that one pays for"

"This place is trash. Charged us 2.50 FOR ICE. Also their ice is very dirty and they haven’t cleaned the machine probably EVER. Didn’t have any options for breakfast at 8AM. CLERK WAS HATEFUL, per the charge for ice. Chicken sandwich was so soggy from sitting underneath the lamp for too long. Save your time. I hope no one goes here ever again."

"WOW...not one "thank you" after spending money for a shower with no fan and then no "sorry about that" when I mentioned it to the register staff. Guess they were too busy listening to their loud hip hop music to notice that customers need good service to return 🙄 Then, since I was forced to buy gas there was still no acknowledgement of being a human being or anything...really?! I realize the employee candidates are slim to none in these cities, but do their parents not teach them any manners?! My God what a horrible experience!"

"I was parked here for the day, and every time I went to use the women’s restroom, a male maintenance worker came in or attempted to come in. The first couple of times, I responded to let him know the restroom was occupied. However, he kept coming back—even while I was still inside. The last time, I was washing my hands with the water clearly running, and he still entered without waiting for a response. He walked in and saw me, which was incredibly uncomfortable and inappropriate. It's hard to believe that maintenance "needed" to check the women’s restroom every single time I used it. At best, this is poor coordination and lack of respect for privacy. At worst, it feels suspicious and invasive."
