"Use Western Union to send money quite often. Today I looked online to see if it was open and available because it’s the weekend and who knows. Well it said it was open and I walked to the store just to find out it is not functioning due to updating their system. Hugo’s not Western Union. Could have posted that information. I’ve overlooked the attitude at customer service because I loved Hugo’s. I guess this was the final frustration. I’ll be going elsewhere"

"We had our wedding cake from here, and it was DELICIOUS. We ordered dark chocolate raspberry and almond with regular frosting. They were super accommodating, willing to do our cake with only a few weeks notice, and really took the time to make sure we were happy, including following up afterwards. The bakery manager, Gwen, was especially great to work with during the whole thing. Our only gripe is that they wouldn't put the flower cake topper on the cake because we didn't buy the flowers from them, but we were able to put it on and everything turned out fine. We will definitely be coming here to get cakes for occasions in the future!"
