"This was easily one of the best i-hop experiences i have ever had and i used to come here every sunday when i was back in maryland. This was an amazing experience and with the icing on the cake we had the best waitress ever; courtney. She swiftly came by at the perfect time taking our drinks and had our food out very fast. Her hospitality was worthy of a D1 offer from Harvard. Easily the BEST experience just to say it again❤️🔥"

"We go to IHOP in almost every city we visit. And sadly this one was less than average. There was only one waitress out of everyone that was smiling, cheerful & conversing with the customers. Ours was nice, got our drink order wrong for a party of 2. And one of our meals had what they call (crispy American fries) I’ve had a lot of potatoes in my life and I cooked in a restaurant for 10 years. Most people wouldn’t have let these leave the kitchen. They were sad. And then the manager even said (well they are crispy… but you’re right. Place was clean. Only about 7 other tables. Service was slow. During our meal all the staff Were standing out front chatting."

Great improvements from my last time at this Grand Forks location. Last visit was over a year ago. Only reason stopped by today was because it is on my route today and location was most convenient. I am surprised by the improvement from my last visit, in product, service and employee attitude."
