It is one of those spaces where you can tell pride was put into every inch. Clean, elegant, and honestly one of the most aesthetically impressive hotels I’ve stayed in. "We had 8 guests coming into town from our company who are flying in from warmer climates. We wanted to ensure each guests recieved their cold weather clothing, of course in Grand Forks with -30 degree weather it’s a necessity not a nicety. Libby and her staff took extra time out of their day to ensure each member was hand delivered the clothing upon arrival. Above and beyond. Have not stayed here but will in the future. "The hotel staff made for an unwelcoming experience. My friends and I dined in the restaurant to celebrate a birthday. After the meal, we went to the lobby to take pictures. We were there for about 5 minutes before two of the concierges came over and told us we had 15 minutes before we had to leave. We were not being obnoxious or loud in any type of way. We were simply taking pictures quietly on the couch. There was another large group of girls taking homecoming pictures that didn’t appear to get asked to leave. The experience was very unwelcoming and upsetting. Being that we were patrons of the restaurant, you think we should be able to take pictures."

"Overall amazing experience for our stay, highly recommend. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable, and the food and drinks at the restaurant was great. The hotel had valet (which was amazing in winter!), and also had ample parking available across the street. Highly recommend!"

"Absolutely fantastic. Stayed there last night for a work trip. Never even knew it was there. My admin booked it. So lovely of a hotel. Staff was great. Restaurant was amazing (Red our waiter was amazing!), food was brilliant. Coffee shop attached is great. Free valet. Lovely part of town. Worth every penny. Will be back monthly now! Oh and it's a Marriott so you get points too!"
