"Finally made it in to try Do Eat and I will say I was skeptical. Was I wrong to be. It was so good, extremely fast and fresh! My favorites so far and the pork gyoza, Minot river roll and the pad Thai! Our server was amazing and very friendly. I highly recommend trying Do Eat if you haven’t yet! We will definitely be returning!"

"Our server maria was so kind, curious, and fast. The food was SO good. Normally we go to Williston for sushi but I think we just found our new favorite spot. Update after coming back repeatedly over 6m this place just gets better and better. My server today "Sari" was an absolute gem. This most recent visit (today) our kiddos got made baloon swords! Seriously my favorite spot in Minot. Exceptional food and exceptional service."
