"A special shout out to the check gal that rang up my wife and kept all of her groceries sorted nicely, and also the young fellow that ran my wife's forgotten ketchup and mustard out to us while we were loading our groceries in the freezing cold, getting ready to leave. You both rock!!! My hats off to both you two for going above and beyond, thankyou!"

"Super disappointed in this store last night!! Last night went in after appointments and it was on awful shape. I NEEDED THE 2% MILK, stakes of them in back of empty one up front. Not one sole in the store would help so I could get some 2% milk. Almost crawled thru doors and did it myself since I used to manage a dairy. 11 below and had to go to cash wise to get 6 items empty at your store. Everyone keeps telling me to go to cash wise and now I know why. Not sure if you changed management or what but it was a BAD MOVE!!"

"Two stars because usually I have a good experience here and the store is very clean but the woman working the self check really put me in a mood. As I was walking to the self check, the worker rushed to me to take my box of donuts from me. I had full intent of opening my box and counting because I couldn't remember if I had gotten 9 donuts or 12 ( I actually had 8, less than I thought) but she was apparently so concerned about my donuts I had the box taken from me as I was sitting it on the scale. I told her I had it under control but she ignored me and counted my donuts anyway as if I'm not to be trusted. She was telling me all how to type in the amount as I'm literally doing it despite me repeating that "I'm good, I got it." I didn't ask for assistance with any of this and I went to the self check to self check. There could've been other people needing help or actually stealing but I had her undivided attention. Her actions made me feel like I was accused of stealing and to me that is an awful feeling that I absolutely did not need. I know actual theft happens but maybe don't assume your customers are dirty rotten pastry thieves, it's very insulting. Had to rant."

"Dollar store quality products marked way up. No organic selection for produce, everything else previously frozen. This place would be out of business if winco comes. The star is for the water station is handy & friendly staff. The hot n ready foods section looks okay although very pricey"
