Though I've only been three times, I am already a loyal customer and plan to continue visiting regularly. ​What truly sets this coffee house apart is their outstanding service. The young ladies working there are consistently friendly, patient, and welcoming. Every visit feels personal, and it's clear they genuinely care about their customers' experience. ​Today, I tried the Lotus Energy drink for the first time, and it was absolutely outstanding. It was flavorful and refreshing—I instantly regretted not ordering a larger size! ​If you are looking for a fantastic drink served with a genuine smile, Mega Latte Coffee House is the place to go."

"To be quite honest, this is probably the best place to get a cup of coffee in Minot. They don't overcomplicate their drinks and their beans are a good quality. If you know Minot, you know that good coffee is hard to find but this place is definitely worth the drive to its somewhat out-of-the-way location."

"Probably one of the worst coffee places in Minot but unique because they also have the worst staff. Drove all the way from Minot AFB to use my reward get coffee and splurge on biscuits and gravy. I waited THIRTY minutes in the drive thru just for the biscuits and gravy. Drove half way back to base and realized they didn’t even make the order right so I drove back to them and once I got there I walked inside and all 3 of the girls were just standing there staring at me. I’m already frustrated for having to wait that long for something so small and simple in the first place that’s on YOUR menu in the drive thru but having to come back because YOU made it wrong and being told I’ll be with you in one minute while all 3 of you stand there was beyond FRUSTRATING. I already had to drive back, drag my sleeping baby out in the cold to go inside and they couldn’t even make it quick, simple or right. The “manager” who apparently just got there, came up to help and was rude to me immediately and couldn’t understand why I was frustrated…. didn’t offer to comp the meal and give a refund for literally all of the inconvenience instead took another 10 minutes to process a simple $8 refund and took my food away that was made incorrectly. Worst place EVER in Minot. I will be sure to share with anyone and everyone how awful they are and to go anywhere else."

"They mess up my orders too much for me to like them. Today I ordered a toasted everything bagel with cream cheese on it. What did I get? I got a non toasted bagel with no cream cheese. Do they just think that people just eat cold bread for breakfast? I also ordered a blended matcha, but per usual like Every time I go there and order that, they somehow don't blend it and just give me a normal matcha. I was on my way to work so i didn’t have time to complain about it to them. Just DONT go here. You wait 30 minutes to not receive what you order. Worst part is that I gave them a tip today too. They did less than the bare minimum for my order."
