Every time I walk in the staff greets me like they actually care not just the usual “hi” and move on They’re super patient they check in without hovering and they always make sure everything tastes good or offer suggestions if I’m stuck between options. You can tell they enjoy what they do and that vibe really shows in how they treat their customers.The food is just as good as the service Everything tastes fresh, homemade, and full of flavor, and it always comes out looking amazing. Their coffee is consistently great, and the breakfast and pastries hit the spot every time. It’s the kind of place where you finish your meal and immediately think about what you want to try next time. The Fleur Cafe really feels like a cozy, well-run local spot and you can tell they put a lot of heart into it."
"The Fleur is the BEST local coffee shop in Williston! The espresso drinks are my favorite, but the variety of drinks and menu items make me want to try everything. I always get something delicious from their food menu also. This place is my favorite spot to relax, have a great drink, a snack, and meet up with friends. Daily coffee spot for sure. Also plenty of street parking and public parking behind the shop."
"Food is spectacular! When I have a bad day, I look forward to go here to try something new and it’s always delicious and the right temperature! Some feedback I would give is to please ask us if we have rewards; the owners are the only ones who ask whereas the employees never do and I have to proactively ask to get my points or discount. Also, the younger employee that seems to be Hispanic/middle eastern is unfortunately rude but I try for that to not affect my day as she might just not enjoy her job, so I would recommend her not work directly with the guests as others have stated similar scenarios with her. However; place deserves a 5 because the food is incredible, place is CLEAN, atmosphere is beautifully appealing and the owners are just so awesome! 🤩"
"This was the first time I've been in the café and it was a really good experience. The service was great, they were very polite and professional, I didn't have to wait very long at all to receive my order. The atmosphere was very nice, there's some cool decor and furnishings, the food was pretty darn good, the coffee is really good.. all in all yeah 5 stars for sure. "Great place to enjoy some sweets. The crepes are really tasty, especially the pistachio one. I do love the decorations the most, you can take photos and selfies with the flowers and seats. 100% recommend 👌"
