"My husband and I were driving across Nebraska to Omaha. Around 3pm, it was time to stop for afternoon coffee. Directly ahead was the town of Elm Creek, pop. 800. The population hasn’t grown much since the town was founded. Wow, the owner was so personable. I loved talking with her. I had black coffee and it was great. My husband had a mocha, and he liked it too. I’ve taken photos of baristas all over the world, and this young lady was just delightful."
