"This is primarily a rating for the men’s room, it deserves a special mention. In nearly two weeks of travel across seven states this Men’s room was by far the filthiest I experienced. A potable toilet after 6 weeks at a construction site would be cleaner. I went in, touched nothing and got out quickly. Do better Pump & Pantry or change the name to Stoop and Squirt, apparently wherever you want."

"Horrible! Absolutely atrocious! The chicken tastes horrible, dry and bland now! Mushy rice in both the red beans and rice and the jambalaya 🤮 can't believe they lost their one good kitchen manager for this mess. Won't go back and won't recommend UPDATE: 4/2/25- Still horrible! The staff is always rude now! The kitchen is disgusting! Bathrooms are atrocious! They lost the good staff they had at the end of last year! What a waste of space, inside and out! They FIRED Everyone that was any good!"

"I have avoided stopping in this location, today I'm glad to say i did, now i get to edit my review from a one star which at the time was more than this location deserved to a five star. The vibe today was completely different. Enjoyable and comfortable. The cashier's were lovely. Store was actually clean, bathrooms clean and we were acknowledge when we walked in with a friendly hello. I really hope it continues this way, it only takes one person to sour the entire experience and reputation for a place. Good job and thank you."

"Very clean and well maintained outside and inside. Very helpful and friendly staff. Clean restrooms. Well stocked and will meet most travelers needs. Easy in and out from either direction. Much needed for truckers and conveniently located. Nicely paved and well lit parking lot. Excellent truck wash facilities in adjacent building."
