"I went to get a vape today from this pump, I spend 20$ open it up and there’s juice everywhere so I try to get a replacement and the lady said she’s not authorized, why would you have to be authorized for something like this, I bought an unusable product and didn’t get my money back, I didn’t even want my money back I wanted a replacement! I’m just upset and needed someone kind of important to see this, not the lady’s fault, just terrible training."
