What People Are Saying

from Google

"My husband, a U.S.-born citizen, has been repeatedly harassed by an employee at this location while using his valid U.S. passport as ID (while waiting on his new driver’s license). Despite it being a legal form of ID, this employee made racial remarks, questioned his legal status, and refused him service. Today, while trying to purchase tobacco, she took his passport without permission, wrote down his full name, date of birth, and passport number, and said she needed to “look him up to make sure he’s legal and legit.” She also refused to let him speak with a manager. He has since recieved his NE drivers license and has shown her both IDs and the harassment has continued. This was not just rude—it was discriminatory, unprofessional, and possibly illegal. Writing down someone’s personal info without consent, especially based on appearance, is a violation of privacy and civil rights. Pump & Pantry needs to immediately investigate this employee, retrain staff on acceptable ID policies, and stop allowing this kind of behavior. We have filed a formal complaint! We have also witnessed this employee treat other customers with similar appearances, with disrespectful and biased behavior. This goes beyond poor service—it’s racial profiling!"

"Several months ago I stopped in and got a fast sandwich on a short lunch. Should have known better. Not sure what happened but it had mold on it. I didn't notice it until I was down the road. I got ahold of them and they gave me my money back and as a way to apologize they sent me a $20 card. The card had nothing on it. I tried to call them on it but could get a hold of them. Wasn't worth the time anymore. Only gave them a 2 star because everyone seemed nice and they did give me the money back."

"The worker IRA is extremely rude. Acting snide after being rude to customers. Multiple customers witnessed this attitude and upon discussing outside will NEVER return to this location. And most likely any other if this is how Bosselman permits their employees to treat paying customers who made a mistake by trying to hand her a $20 bill too soon. Shame you you. And your customer service!"

"Extremely caring, loyal, honest, helpful and knowledgable employee, Jennifer Solis and Amanda Delcampo - Excellent employees - found my lost wedding ring after being missing for almost 2 months, so happy and excited and can't thank them enough!!!!!!!"

"Sam was the sweetest associate ever! Who knew a day could be made while picking up some snacks from the local gas station!?"
