"Incredible! Came here on a recommendation and decided to try the hibachi offerings. I ordered 3 plates for the 3 of us - 1 steak w/ noodle, 1 steak & chicken w/ noodles, and 1 chicken & shrimp with veggies, plus a side of Crab Rangoon I put our order in at the window and they said they'd bring it out to the car when it was ready. It did take about 35-40 min to get our order but so worth the wait. First, the bag must have weighed over 10 lbs! Instantly, I knew I ordered way too much food. I struggled to put the bag on the floor in the back seat and hastily made my way home - the tantalizing aroma teasing us the whole way. Got home and opened the back door to see that I neglected to ensure the food cartons were level and saw that much of the yummy teriyaki sauce had leaked out of the containers into the bag. Thankfully, the bag did a good job of containing my mistake and didn't leave me with soaked floor mats! Hauled everything in (greatful that I work out regularly) and started unpacking. Just hefting out one container and I realized we were in trouble. Just one container would have fed the 3 of us! There was SOOOO much food! I quickly snatched a piece of chicken and popped it in my mouth and immediately groaned with delight. It was so tender. Cooked to perfection and the sauce had all the right things going for it. Sweet & savory in the perfect blend and balance. Then I grabbed a crab rangoon because those little delicate flowers have such a finite lifespan - if you dont get to them quickly, they become all wilted and soggy. These still had the perfect crispness and crunch and the abundant cream cheese and crab filling was still warm and perfectly creamy. Sooo good! I'm keto (yes, I ate the rangoons - don't judge) so I got the veggies but I snuck a bite of my hubby's noodles - those did not disappoint and the veggies were perfect. The steak and the shrimp were amazing as well. My brother had stopped by for a visit and had already eaten but I made him try some of the meat. He raved about it as well and then proceeded to grab a plate and help us try to make a dent. We all agreed that it was probably one of the best restaurants we've had in GI. There was so much food that I packed up a full container for my brother to take home and share with his wife. And we still have enough leftovers for at least another meal or two for the 3 of us!! Wish I had taken pictures of the food when we first opened them up - but these pictures are what was left AFTER WE HAD EATEN TO OUR FILL!! We will definitely be back. Kudos to the owners - bang up job!"

"My favorite restaurant in Grand Island! Steak & shrimp was fantastic! Will do steak & chicken next time. Get the fried rice. Service was awesome and very fast. It's a food truck so ambience & atmosphere are not applicable. A definite must do!"
