"I shop at the kearney store usually before 7 a.m. customer service limited & there is never a manager available. I was shopping about 10 days ago & Mary was the checker. She always friendly. This day, she was typing in a code for a vegetable & carwash came up on the computer. They have never had a car wash at this location & should not be in the system( that is the 1st problem) after several attempts to delete this charge , she called for help & finally called for Scott to help. His remark was you have to delete the entire transaction & start over. He then walked off..not even acknowledging the customers behind me waiting. Mary continued to try & finally Misty arrived & helped her. I am retired so I told Mary to check out the people behind me. At least 15 minutes had delayed these other customers with 1 being a mom who was out if oatmeal &needed to get home. I felt sorry for Mary as she was frustrated & kept apologizing but I felt Scott should have when he finally came to her aid..which he did not help at all. He has never been friendly when I have seen him in the store but all if the other employees always offer to help & ask if I needed help finding something Just think he is in charge & should have made both my time in the store shorter & helped the other customers..thank you"

"Upper management is really lacking customer service. On several occasions my interactions with management over simple mistakes has left me angry that somehow the mistake was my problem and not theirs. No apology or even a thank you for bringing it to their attention. The new cashiers are great and the deli team goes out of their way to provide great customer service. Upper management needs to pay attention to how the deli team treats customers. The store is always clean and organized and used to be one of my favorite places to shop. Please try to do better with customer concerns."
