"UPDATE: Within 1 day of posting my review, I was contacted by the store and given a refund of my shipping cost with the promise to talk to the people pulling orders to ensure better communication if items are out of stock in the future. It pains me to leave a less than stellar review, but it is an honest one. This is specifically in regards to an online purchase from this store. I no longer live in Nebraska, but crave certain comforts of home and at a similar store in Lincoln, purchased some Nebraska grown popcorn that was fantastic. When I returned home, I looked for online sources of it and found it here - with a TON of other fantastic items from my home state. In order to make the shipping cost more reasonable, I ordered 4 total items. One shipped within a couple of days, another a few days later. In between, I received a polite email stating that the other two items were out of stock and would be cancelled from my order. So I ended up not getting the main thing I came here to order, but also spent $12 on shipping for $9 worth of items. I would have rather they let me know before shipping anything at all - and give me the opportunity to instead cancel the order altogether. If they are going to offer hundreds of items online, they need to make sure they have them available to ship. Unfortunately, I will not be doing business with them again and will instead rely on family back home to source local goods for me if I can't make it there myself."
