Penny only roasts medium and they have shown me that done right, it’s all you need, and the flavors are much more balanced and robust. Whenever I end up at a different coffee joint, I’m never as happy with the product. This place is the real deal. Good smells, great tastes with coffee and food, elegant atmosphere, friendly staff."
