What People Are Saying
from Google"I had a good experience here overall. The service was pleasant and efficient, and everything moved quickly even during a busy period. The dining area is large with plenty of seating, which made it easy to find a place to sit without feeling crowded. The restroom was mostly clean, which I always appreciate when traveling. Another big plus is the convenient location right by a Tesla Supercharger, making it an easy and practical stop if you need to charge and grab a bite at the same time. A solid, reliable option with friendly service and good convenience."
"Tried our first Runza sandwich at the location at 815 2nd Ave E in Kearney today. It was excellent and so was the service. Cameron waited on us and provided amazing service. He’s a great employee and proud of the product he sells. It’s nice to see that! Kudos 🙌"
"This is by far the largest Runza I have visited! We had a not-so-pleasant experience recently at another location, but I am pleased to say, this visit was great. We were waited on quickly, our Sweet Berry Chicken Salads came out fast (and were great!). Everything was clean too. Maybe the folks in Omaha can get some pointers!"
"Runza in Kearney has always been a great place to stop for higher than average quality fresh hamburgers and runza sandwiches. But recently we were disappointed by the cold hamburgers and twice cooked burnt French fries we got from their drive through. We hope it gets better..."
"Never heard of a Runza before. The Runza is a beef and seasoned cabbage hogie type sandwich which comes in several varieties. No cheese, cheese or mushroom. The flavor of the Runza reminded me of a white castle burger with cabbage added. I really enjoyed trying it out. We also got a bacon cheeseburger. The flavor of the burger remined me of a old carhop restaurant in my hometown. Took me back. It was yummy. Would get both again. The vanilla shake had a perfect flavor, but it was hard to drink at first because it was so thick. I really appreciated the "frings" (fries and onion rings mixed) as a side option because I have a hard time deciding which to get sometimes. The onion rings were salty and crunchy. Really good. Crinkle cut fries were good and crispy but needed salt IMO. Over all was really fun to try something new. Would go back."
