"She repeated my order in the drive thru but I didn’t check it till I was almost home. Not only did she forget two items but I asked for a bagel with a side of cream cheese and instead they toasted and put it on which ruined it for the purpose I bought it. Spent $32 and got about $15 worth… NOT good service"

"Great bagels and coffee, but there are definitely some management challenges to be sorted out. I just waited 20 minutes to get a cup of coffee as staff members scurried around, trying to keep up with drive-through customers plus a line out the door in-house."

"Just plain good. The breakfast bagels are a good size but not overwhelming. The ingredients seem and taste fresh, especially the avocado. The coffee is strong but not bitter. Nice ambience with top 40 music playing and plenty of people enjoying their meals and chatting."
