"Canyon Roasters is my new 'go to' for my coffee needs during the week! I am really liking the Canyon Roast blend which isn't overly bold and makes the perfect medium bodied cup of coffee either in the pot, single serve or press. It's delicious EVERY TIME! The price point is fair, especially when you can pick your order up shortly after the beans have been roasted! They also have a subscription service which knocks off a couple of dollars of ther order (I use this service). The staff deliver excellent and sincere customer service either in store or online. Online response time for me has been less than a day turnaround time. I am a firm believer in supporting local business whenever possible and am glad I found this establishment. I highly recommend giving Canyon Roasters a try if you enjoy a top quality roaster. I am definitely a repeat customer! Five stars well deserved!"

"About a month ago I placed my first (online) order with Canyon Coffee Co. for a gift for my husband who has recently become a “coffee snob”. I did have a bit of confusion with picking up my order, but it was purely a miscommunication. I reached out to the owner, Nate, and he literally called me and emailed me before I left the parking lot to resolve my issue. Nate went out of his way to invite me back in to pick up the coffee flavors that I was unable to get the first time, and he even treated me to some other coffees as well. I absolutely didn’t expect him to do any of this when I reached out, I just wanted him to be aware of a misunderstanding. His customer service is unmatched, and I am left extremely impressed. After I picked up the coffee the second time, I was BEYOND excited and immediately gave my husband his coffee, even though I was trying to wait until Christmas. We have been blowing through it. Every single flavor is SO smooth and delicious. I’m normally a very plain, unflavored black coffee drinker but I am literally changed after trying the Chocolate Raspberry flavored coffee.
