"As a law student at Nebraska Law, finding good places around Lincoln to get that kick is crucial! Cultiva is right across the street from East Campus, which makes it convenient to pop in for a cup to go before class or to plop down in any of their seating areas to enjoy a drink while studying. This past visit with with a fellow classmate. I had an espresso and he had a tea. The espresso was on point. While I enjoy the energy kick espresso provides, I’m not enthusiastic about its flavor. So I asked the barista to sweeten it up and she did an amazing job! It was perfect. Not too sweet, but sweet enough. It can be a bit noisy inside, but it’s a coffee shop. What do you expect, lack of excitement and dead personalities? 😜 I will definitely making this a top pick anytime I want something quick, easy, and delicious."

"The food was top notch. I always love specialty pancakes, and the Jimmie cakes hit the spot. I had their drip coffee (medium and dark roast), which was comparable to most diner coffee (dark roast was way better, though). The atmosphere was nice. The vibe is a bit of a hodgepodge, but it works. The lady at the register was nice enough for it being early and chilly, but it never hurts to have a smile ready for a customer. Overall, it’s a great place for crepes or specialty pancakes; look elsewhere if you want a cozy nook atmosphere."

"While the food tasted good and the service was decent, they left out both the Gouda and the side of potatoes from the lumberjack order. I went when it was very slow where the staff had time to talk to each other, so this seemed a bit inexcusable. When paying that much for some pancakes and a couple of easy items, I’m hopeful they’ll make sure it’s right. I’d like to give them another try because the food was good. Just disappointed in the overall experience this time."

"I had never been here before this week and it was so so delicious. 10/10 food. The atmosphere is cute and local, just kind of loud but that’s expected when busy. I definitely recommend! I ordered a make-your-own crepe with bananas, blueberries, cinnamon sugar and a side of chocolate to dip in. I also got an iced latte, which the espresso was strong tasting for me but it was still alright. Def recommend :)"

"Their menu may be relatively small but this place speaks my language! I generally prefer savory over sweet so that's where I started. I got The Yeti- a crepe filled with scrambled eggs, spinach, mushrooms, feta, and sauce. Absolutely delicious, the eggs were SO fluffy! I was told we had to try a Johnny Cake, a cornbread pancake, we shared it and it was yummy. Plus can't pass up potatoes, they were seasoned very well. I knew we were in trouble the second my husband picked up the menu. He ultimately decided on 2 entrees 😆. First, The Brekkie Bowl- potatoes, veggies, salsa, sauce, he added bacon and an extra egg- subbed over easy. He loved every component of it. Second, The Princess- a crepe filled with bananas, blueberries, and pecans. They put something called Salty Whip on top which should be illegal cuz it's one of the most addictive things I've ever tasted. This is not the place to come if you're in a hurry. There was a line the entire time we were there. Our food took about 30 minutes which they told us in advance. It is a little on the pricey side as well. But man was it worth it! Such high quality ingredients. This is probably the best breakfast food I've had in Lincoln to date!"
