"Red haired person was rude, she rushed us and would have rather been on their phone . this location was very dirty, donuts were old, not too bad tho! We came here from Florida for family and my dad who hasn’t had hurts donuts in 5 years. He was apologizing because of how down the place went. Soda was great !! No coffee and no donut shakes, they were broken. Overall 3/5 ❤️"

"I don't usually write reviews, specifically negative reviews, as I know they can impact a local business. However, I think that it's important for ownership and potential customers to know what they may experience at a business. I have had similar experiences at Hurts, but never to a point of writing a review. I took my wife and kids in yesterday, on Labor Day. The selection was very limited, which is totally fine, not optimal, but I get it. We ended up getting a half dozen, there was only one option available for an "Oreo" donut. The worker asked, "Well, which Oreo, there are 3 options". Actually, there is only one, we'll take that one. They practically threw our donuts in the box, rang up the order and walked away to go back to whatever they were doing on their computer. Not that Hurts probably is overly concerned, but unfortunately, I won't be visiting this location again. I've had numerous experiences where the customer service was below average, and won't spend my money to be treated like I'm an inconvenience to the employees."

"I went with my step daughter at 940am this morning 10/17/2025 donut were delicious but the lady needs to learn customer service, Etiquette, she did not say hey how are you, just what are you getting and that was all she said after she rang up my order she walked away. I had to speak up and say have a nice day as she was looking down at the table in the back and very quietly she said have a good day.. I understand people have bad days and good days but customer service she needs to be positive and better communication I will not be coming back I'll go to my other donut place where they have spectacular customer service and employess treat customers properly. First time going...and the last time."
