"Double drive thru lines but every single time I go the lines are so long. The employees wait until the last minute to go outside to take orders but they only do 1 line!! The level of incompetence and lack of moving with a purpose is infuriating. Like, why can’t 2 people go out and take orders?! I’m writing this while in line and 8 cars in the opposite line have gotten their order and I haven’t even moved!! It’s ridiculous. Makes me never want to come here. It’s every single time. Why can’t yall be more like Dutch bro or chic-fil-a?!"

"I’ve loved this place since it opened up. Anyone who’s walking in the drive-through is typically very nice and the drinks come out fast. I love the versatility and how there’s always something new to try. It’s a bonus that it is in a great spot in Norfork."

"Every time I’ve pulled up to 7 Brew, I’ve been greeted with warm, enthusiastic staff who seem genuinely excited to help.(Savanah is so helpful) It’s clear they’ve invested in creating a positive, high-energy experience. The lines are typically a bit longer —especially during peak hours—but they move quickly thanks to the efficient system they have in place. The ordering process is quick, and the staff are well-trained to make sure that even if you’re in a rush, you won’t be waiting too long. If you’re in the mood for a quick caffeine fix, you won’t be disappointed. The staff is so friendly and helpful especially if you aren’t sure what you’re in the mood for whether it’s a coffee or a 7 energy they always have great recommendations."

"I went today with my boyfriend at about 4:15. I ordered a large ice energy, he got a sugar cookie mocha. When we were ordering, I asked the girl who was taking our order(she was tall, dark hair that was curled about to her shoulders) if they made a sugar cookie matcha because that what my boyfriend thought they were called. She explained it was usually made with mocha and I asked him and he and I both clarified that yes, he meant the mocha. She made a joke about how she’d be disappointed if she received matcha when she was expecting mocha, and I agreed and said it tastes like grass. We laughed. I get the drink, it’s green, and I ask why it was green. She said it was matcha, and I let her know my boyfriend and I both said mocha when she asked for clarification. She seemed upset and pulled the drink out of my hand and had jt remade. She gave me the correct one, but no straws. Literally didn’t say anything when she handed me the drink, just pushed it in my hand and turned around and slammed the sliding door before I could say anything. I waved at a person who had short blonde hair and glasses(they have always been awesome when we ordered) and the girl who was taking our order came out and I told her we hadn’t got straws so she grabbed them, didn’t say anything, and shoved them in my hands. I said thankyou, she kind of rolls her eyes and said ‘yeah’. I’m really really disappointed because we usually have an awesome experience at this location. All the workers have always been so nice, but as soon as I let the girl know we’d said mocha, not matcha, she got really rude. My boyfriend was confused also, because she’d been very nice until I’d asked for the correct drink."
