"Had to have my drink remade because it was all liquid when i asked for blended.. all they did was add ice and water it down now my drink literally taste like water with milk this is absolutely horrible. Ever since the new management took over the quality is absolutely horrible drinks made wrong long wait times rude service I will never buy here again they have ruined this coffee spot."

"Service at the drive thru window was terrible. I ordered an iced Americano with cream and 1 shot of flavor. The flavor was left out, so I asked for it to be added, or just put it in a separate cup for me to add it. The server refused to do this, and remade the drink but was snotty about it and put the wrong flavor in."
