What People Are Saying
from Google"Chill Monday, late afternoon lunch. We were the only table, and there were a few people at the bar. We ordered two sodas and two mushroom & Swiss burgers. I had to ask for LTOP, which was fine and only added a dollar to the bill. Our server only came by after delivering the food to ask how everything was once we were finished while clearing our baskets. Visually, the burger was disappointing, but tasted good. It was in no way a $19 (each) burger and fries (see pic). A few mushroom slices and a sad, solitary piece of cheese. The menu out front showed it at $14 or $15. I should have checked the recent reviews before going in, but it's next door to City Limits which was our reason for being in the area."
"The food prices seem somewhat ridiculous for what you get. The billy burger ended up being about a two inch patty and was mostly bun. The food quality left us unimpressed, but the staff was nice and attentive. I would probably go somewhere else if you’re looking for food in the area."
"Horrible service! Poured a drink and then came to tell us that they have a $10 minimum credit card charge or cash only and kinda “forced” us to have more drinks to meet the minimum. Don’t waste your time and energy! Go to Brickway Brewery & Distillery down the street.Amazing customer service, great beers and nice atmosphere."
"Went in Monday, the 19th to have a beer and a sandwich while my wife was getting dental work done across the street. Place was empty except for a couple of ladies , sitting in a booth . I waited five minutes before young gal came and asked me if I needed help , I said yes , I would like to have a beer. I looked at the menu and the hamburgers were $18 to $20.I said no thanks, then she poured me a beer and told me that it was going to be a $10 minimum charge to put it on my debit card.I said i'm only going to have one .Needless to say they did not get my business and I won't ever go back in there again"
"I like this place but the prices are outrageous. I paid 44 dollars ~without tip~ for two PBRs, one shot of Jameson, and a 1/2 pound burger with no tomato or pickle, but add cheese and bacon. Basically a PBR is $7, a shot of Jameson is $9, and the burger is $17.95 plus $1 for cheese and $2.50 for bacon. I did get a dollar off of my beers/shot due to it being happy hour, but I listed the full prices above. One of the only reasons I gave it three stars instead of two is because the lettuce and onion that came with the burger was way better and more fresh than most of the lettuce and onion that normally comes with a burger at bars. I was really impressed. Another reason, is that I overheard the bartender making sure I received a to-go ketchup with my fries, which I thought was very thoughtful."
