"I'm honestly so disappointed. We used to love going to burrito envy, but it's gone so far downhill the last couple years I don't think I'll ever go again. First they removed all the good stuff from the menu, and now they don't even put any effort into what they do offer. The food was cold, dry, flavorless, and a much smaller portion than you used to get. The verde sauce was just as disappointing without even a hint of spice. The only good part of the visit was the service from the person who took our order. The kitchen staff didn't even acknowledge our existence as we waited around to be helped. I feel genuinely upset I spent over $30 on what I can't even finish half of. Hopefully they get it together.."

"The dining room was half empty, with most people looking as though they had already eaten or were just having drinks. I decided to dine in. I ordered my food as soon as the bartender brought me water. It took 33 minutes to get 3 tacos and 1/4 pound of tots. The corn tortillas on my tacos were cold. Other than that, it was a positive experience."
