from Google"Truly my favorite fine dining experience in Omaha! I would go back again and again if I had the time. Great service, really attentive and helpful GM, and EXCELLENT food. Everything on the menu is good. Everything was made with expertise and soul. The wine selection is one of the best in Omaha. I was able to get a Primitivo Italian wine that was so good. I can’t say enough good things about this restaurant. Make a reservation, save your appetite, prepare to eat. I highly suggest ordering everything that piques your interest m- you’re gonna love it. And most importantly, save room for dessert and dessert wine!"
"Good atmosphere, the food was delicious, especially the hummus! I can't get enough of the hummus. The price was abit on the pricey end but I think it's worth it. We ordered Salmon Kabob, Beef Kefta Kabob, Hummus & pita bread as well as coffee & pepsi. The total was $70 ish"
"As an Arab myself, there is nothing more disappointing than walking into a Mediterranean restaurant run by Arabs and realizing half the appetizers are from a can. I walked into Clio and I was the only Arab in the whole place. I wasn't expecting much. That being said, OMG, the food was amazing. Top notch. The chef has probably spent time in the middle east to make Humus and falafel the way Clio's serves them. Humus was the perfect consistency and the perfect creamy color. As for the falafel, when its cheaply and quickly made, it will have a very light golden color on the inside indicating lack of parsley and cilantro as well as lack of spices. Clio's falafel was a very nice green color on the inside when you crunched into it. Perfect. When there is that much attention paid to Humus and Falafel, which are normally breakfast staples for an entire people in the middle east, you can about imagine how good the rest of the food is. I also enjoyed the lamb shank. If I wasnt surrounded by fancy people at the bar I would've sucked the marrow out of that shank and licked the plate clean. Fall of the bone lamb. A little crispy on the outside. Perfectly spiced. As far as I'm concerned, Clio is as good as any respectable restaurant in downtown Amman/Jordan. Oh, and here is the best part, they make and bake their own pita bread and it's freaking wonderful."
"Best meal I’ve had in Omaha! I’m from Kansas City and have been incredibly disappointed by the food options in Omaha since I arrived two weeks ago. This meal was by far the best I’ve had in this city! Delicious food! My waiter, Natalie, was very knowledgeable about the food and what to pair my appetizer with. She was very kind and my food came out so fast! The food was absolutely top notch! Made me rethink that Omaha might not be the worst place on the planet…"
"First time dining at Clio and it was delicious and a lovely experience. The decor is so welcoming and fun, I couldn't stop looking around during dinner because I was so impressed. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu, friendly, and very efficient- we never had an empty water glass at our table! And the food- just delicious. Beautifully plated, reasonable pricing. Everything from the appetizer platter to the individual entrees and dessert was a delight for the tastebuds. Our table was especially impressed with the lamb- if you like lamb- even if you don't - you should totally get it because you'll definitely like it! We will be back for sure- some of the best mediterranean I've had in Omaha!"
