from Google & Yelp"Breakfast at Corvette Café is a true hidden gem, tucked inside the Gregg Young Chevrolet dealership of all places. You order at the counter, and from there everything runs smoothly. Chef Dan is the real deal—his food is downright delicious, and the service is just as outstanding. In fact, Chef Dan personally came to our table to make sure everything was done correctly, which speaks volumes about the care and pride he puts into his food. We were welcomed with complimentary coffee, setting the tone right away, followed by comfort-food perfection: biscuits and gravy, fluffy pancakes, and rich, golden French toast that hit every note. There was a group of older gentlemen who clearly have breakfast there all the time, and after one visit, I completely understand why. I’ll admit, I was shocked when my son pulled into a car dealership for breakfast—but I’m absolutely thrilled he did. They even treated us to a wonderful piece of coffee cake, such a thoughtful touch. Great prices, even better food, and amazing customer service. I hear lunch is outstanding, too. If you’re in Omaha, Nebraska, Corvette Café is a must-stop. 🚗☕🥞"
"The food here is absolutely amazing! I had the steak and cheese omelet and cannot wait to come back and have it again. My son got the Arizona Burrito, which was also so delicious. Honestly, everything was tasty. The two gentlemen behind the counter were so helpful and kind. I can't say enough good things about this place. You have to come for yourself and try it!"
"Breakfast was good, biscuits n gravy had lots of ground sausage with 2 links on the side. Regular coffee included, specialty coffees $ reasonable. Wait time to get food (20-25min) was a little long but one person was taking orders, cooking and serving."
"Wow! I should have listened to the reviews sooner! Who would believe one of the best breakfasts in town is in a car dealership. The only thing better than the made from scratch food is the service from the guys behind the counter. Trust me, you have to try this place!"
"My husband thought I was either messing with him or just some kind of idiot when I told him to pull into the Gregg Young Chevrolet dealership for brunch. There's no restaurant here! He said. There's no signs! It's INSIDE the dealership I insisted. Not that I'd been here myself before but I felt (semi) assured we were in the right place 😬. 🤞🤞🤞 With a side-eye in my direction he found a place to park. I knew what I wanted before walking in. My husband had never seen the menu before but literally chose the first thing on it, the Breakfast Tacos. When asked what kind of meat he'd like he jokingly said All of Them! He, knowing nothing of this place, had no idea his wish would be granted 😆. Without a second of hesitancy they told him DONE! I've read over and over again how incredibly accommodating they are to customers. He was delighted! I ordered a Mushroom and Cheese Omelet with Hashbrowns and Wheat toast. Eggs were sooo fluffy, great ratio of filling. Yummy toast. Hashbrowns were pretty much perfect! I loathe anemic potatoes and these were so crispy. Everything was buttery and seasoned. It was breakfast staples done Exceptionally well! He Loved the tacos. Every component Amazing. He got spicy salsa to pour over and said it was some of the best he's had. He just kept staring at me and the food in disbelief. He finished every bite. I was so close but had to call it. Chefs Dan and Pat took care of us. These guys care. They enjoy what they do and Boy does it show. Food takes awhile. They are working out of a tiny kitchen in the middle of a dealership. Everything is cooked to order. Make Time. Be Patient. Customer service is unmatched. Top 3 Breakfast/Brunch places for me in Omaha 🧡🧡🧡"
