"I’ve been coming to this location for the last five years two times a year. I’ve always dealt with Vee. I called today spoke W/ Vee and stated I don’t want a refund or the cupcakes remade. I just wanted to make them aware that last year we bought the Pink Champagnes and they tasted like acetone (how nail polish remover smells) this year same thing happened same cupcakes!! He was so rude and was raising his voice and said he’s never heard of that and he’s had to of heard of that in a bakery!? (Maybe not)! I googled it and it said when it’s old flour or something goes wrong in the mixing process it can have a taste of acetone. Last year, I literally googled. Why does my Cupcake taste like fingernail polish remover? He shut me down completely was very rude and I will never go back again! He had no care or concern for the complaint. I was just trying to help them out like something is going wrong!!! Horrible customer service! And to be honest, he’s never really been that nice or welcoming not a good look!!"
