"Only a 15 min walk from my hotel. I had The Crew sandwich. Soooo delicious! Huge; a whopping 50g of protein according to nutrition information online. I had to throw away a large portion of the bread even though it was delish and I adore carbs because the sandwich was so filling/satisfying. Needless to say, besides walking 13k steps & 20 floors, I did 3 workouts today (rowing, cycling and weights) where I usually do 1 or 2 in one day. I know they were powered by that lunch. I highly recommend."
