"I live by Scooters in South Sioux City Nebraska. I love Scooters Coffee...I tried Starbucks but to expensive and all the different coffee names confused me. So I started going to Scooters. Usually my experiences were good, until the other day. I'm a simple person, I like hot Scooter Shooters. They told me I couldn't get it hot. I was 4th in line and 1 behind my in the drive thru. I was running late for work. I asked her what I was supposed to do to get out of line she said wait. I went ahead and told her fine just give me a cold one. The one car in line was playing vulgar music load also. When I finally got to the window the girl did her thing and I am a smoker and had one lit in my Vehicle. Another girl comes to the window and told me there's no smoking in the drive thru. I said I'm outside and in my truck. She said it bothers people inside. I just drove off cause I couldn't believe that she said that. There are no signs that say No Smoking! This generation is trying to erase mine and I don't appreciate it."

"I am a huge Scooters Coffee fan. They have a fantastic selection of sugar-free flavors. The sugar free mocha is my favorite. The employees are friendly. I gave it 3 stars because the food is awful, expect the oatmeal. The cinnamon roll is passable. Every time I order the egg items, there is no flavor. I want Scooters to improve their food offerings. I want to be able to give 5 stars. I’ll be glad to help."

"My husband and I will seek out Sccoter’s for your coffee, tea, smoothies, and not least of all the pleasant service we receive. Unlike your drinks which are individually crafted and served with a smile, your breakfast sandwiches taste and are served like mass produced items. There is little or no care when serving them. Frequently when they are served the bread has slid from the the eggs, cheese, it sticks to the paper wrapping creating a very unappealing item. Your beverages are worth 5 stars, your food items 2. That is why I can only rate Scooter’s a 3. Thank you"

"Went to 78 and Dodge. I was served a cold cup of coffee. After I informed the lady it was cold she said they don’t serve coffee this late in the day. 430pm. It was like I was either supposed to Take a cold cup of coffee or none at all. I have a feeling the girl was to lazy to make fresh coffee so she’s making stuff up to get out of it. After I questioned a coffee shop not making coffee she told me to get my coffee elsewhere with all of the nastiness she could muster mind you. If you want coffee after four go to Starbucks."

"North 30th and Ames Street scooters( Britney and Julian young are the owners) my daughter is 17 and they falsified her W-4 and I9 With the help of their managers Frankie and Whitney! My daughter has not gotten paid for her last four days of work even though we try to fill out a new W-4! And then they fired her because she reached out to the managers regarding her check! I am making this message much shorter because the review will not allow me to put the whole truth in! I do have proof of everything that I am saying! However my daughter did get paid once and it’s because they had her direct deposit information that was given from me and my daughter however they Falsified her other information! I have reached out to a few other people regarding this situation however I would like corporate to Reach back out to me Because I would love to explain this whole situation! Thank You"
