"This was our first time trying Karma Koffee - we will be back! Coffee was great! I had a Vanilla Latte. My kids really liked the waffle meals (they were missing the bacon ordered, but I had some extra bacon at home so that wasn't a big deal). The breakfast sandwiches were also great! "I just moved to Nebraska from Colorado, and I have had so much trouble finding a decent coffee shop! I've moved 17 times, and I try as many coffee shops as I can in each place I go, and I love Karma Koffee. The atmosphere is casual and cozy, with a nice downtown vibe. The coffee is pretty decent, and they have some good food options. Personally, I love that the staff is kind and efficient while not being sycophantic. They get pretty busy after 10, so I would try to get there by at least 9 if you want a parking spot and a good spot to sit inside, or get there after 12 when it starts to die down a bit. The only reason why I didn't give 5 stars for food is because the donuts are just ok, they aren't bad but they just aren't that great. I have had hundreds of quiches across the U.S., and their spinach artichoke quiche is definitely in the top 5 for me. Not too runny but not overly firm or rubbery, and just the right amount of filling. It's flavorful, delicate, and a decent portion. The only critique I have is that the crust towards the end is a little thick, but I know some people like it, so it's just a matter of preference. Definitely recommend trying them out!"
