"I have never went into an establishment and felt So disrespected. They do not value our dollar I literally go to the store every single day they brought some new Guy to work for them of their culture he’s never seen me in his life never met me never spoke with me this guy does not know me at all. So one day I go through the drive-through and the first time with the cashier he slammed the window in my face and put the closed sign up after helping the people in front of me in their car in the drive-through. I had no idea why he wouldn’t help me, but I assumed it was because I was using a debit card and this same location has had all allegations of their card numbers being stolen but again he says nothing and just slams the door and put up a closed sign so I’m not sure what’s going on. so next time I went through the drive-through with Cash excited because I didn’t have to come in like before because you know he wouldn’t help me through the window for whatever reason so I had my money out my window ready to give him my money in the order that I wanted, which was something behind the counter because you know they don’t go in the store and shop for you. You can only get things behind the counter. The guy looked at me in my face and say bad customer and then said no He’s not serving me I cannot believe this I’ve never held a conversation with this man never in my life came to his line before when he was in the store. Don’t know what his problem was, but he yelled at me in my face with my kid in the car. I really wish I could call BBB and report this. I guess the only thing I can do is write a review. This is terrible for our community It really is I’ve never went somewhere and felt like my money was not good enough for a store and to be treated like that was unbelievable"

"Not open 24 hrs!!! Lights on clerk inside open sign on but door locked with zero explanation. Pretty rotten when one is desperately looking for an open gas station 😭"

"They set up their store in our neighborhood, use our money to live off of, but they definitely don't respect our community and can be very rude and disrespectful at times. We're good enough to make money off of but to them we're unworthy of respect. We're all getting sick of it."

"Pretty much more of the same here at this location. Zero customer service skills. Horrible attitudes and I've even heard the staff curse and fight with customers. Real profanity was used and there WERE kids present and attentive. These NP Marts need a lesson in social relationships. Period."
