"Make sure you get what you ordered. I was with my daughter today she ordered a large drink and they handed her a small. She questioned them and they were like or well we charged you for the 24 oz and not the 32 oz. She was rather frustrated but said whatever and didn't have them remake it. I heard her say large. You made the mistake fix it! Update... I emailed the company and after a few back and fourth conversations with the manager/owner idk. I left it at my daughter won't visit this location anymore. There is no professionalism from them. I made this review before the email. She said her employees should have confirmed what size was wanted. The place was not busy. There was no one behind us and only one car in front of us. No rush... Why not confirm? Why don't email me back and ask me to take down the review. No let's just post a comment saying I don't know how to make you understand. Corporate won't get a pleasant call from me tomorrow. Good luck at this location. I will drive to Loudon, nh location or fisherville before I ever go back to this one!"

"Ever since I've had Aroma Joes up in Maine I won't go to any Dunkin or Starbucks if there's an AJ nearby. Always great service and the beverages are made with love!"

"They charged me for a large iced coffee and gave me a medium which made the mix all wrong, so I honestly can't tell you how the coffee is. It was my one and only visit to an Aroma joes."

"I visited this coffee shop in Concord, NH today for the first time, as I'm visiting Concord for a couple days on a New England wide work trip. You gotta check this place out! It was convenient on 135 Loudon Rd. across from Keach Park, Concord, easily accessible off of Loudon Rd., sufficient parking and easy drive through ordering around the building, I was welcomed upon entering, the outside and inside of the building was nicely decorated, the employees were all friendly and efficient, the dining room was clean with sufficient, varied kinds of seating, music playing, big windows to let the sun in!, a good size menu of drinks and light food items to go, the restroom was clean, and the free WiFi worked well."
