"The store itself and the staff were great - but the fact that I went in to the store to buy a book, and because I didn't buy it online for instore pickup, the book was TWICE AS MUCH is ridiculous. Why have a brick and mortar store then? We saw the book online and drove an hour to buy it, but then they couldn't honor the online price for store purchase. I literally returned the book that I purchased in the store, purchased it online as I stood in the store (which their website was a pain in the butt) and waited like 5 minutes for them to get the online order and saved 50%. They couldn't even honor the online price in the store without me going through the process. I will never shop with them again."

"Love this book store! Decent collection of books at special pricing as you walk in. Perfect time to try out a new author. Love the variety offered: babies, kids, teen, manga, games, calendars, journals, Funko, and pop culture items, along with wide genres for adults. Comfy chairs spread throughout store. Small selection of adult coloring books. Recently store had merchandising reset. I am not a fan. Feels more crowded and harder to find items."

"I LOVED this place. Its like a barnes and nobel but with discounts! I hate paying a bunch of money for books because I won't read them multiple times. I wish I lived closer but that's probably a good thing. They have all the regular new releases for top price but they also have a very large selection of discounted books. Will go back everytime im in the area. I got 2 hard covers for $13. Daisy Darker by Alice Feeney, and Things We Do In The Dark by Jennifer Hillier (I was beyond stoked for Jennifer Hillier because I've read all her books besides that one and little secrets) For those of you that love close by they do offer a membership (I believe it's free) for even more discounts"
