"This was my first visit to William & Sons and I was impressed. The staff is super friendly and really makes you feel welcome. I had a 20oz. hot latte and a delicious blueberry muffin. The latte was crafted perfectly and the muffin was overstuffed with blueberries. What more could you ask for? This is my new go-to coffee shop in Concord!"

"I really wanted to love this place. I was so excited when I saw a coffee place was opening within walking distance to my house but I continue to be disappointed. 90% of the time I get a coffee, the espresso is bitter and burnt tasting. My go to is a cortado at most coffee places and I gave up trying to order this here, I opt for a flavored latte to mask the fact that the espresso tastes awful. It would be worth looking into sending some of your staff to the School of Coffee in Vermont. They also need to figure out a better system for online orders. If I order something online, it’s because I’m in a rush, so to walk in and have to stand in line anyways just to tell you I placed an order online and wait for you to find it. A takeout shelf or something would be nice. They also send out the notifications that the order is ready before they’ve even finished making it. I once walked in after receiving the text and they were out of the syrup I asked for so rather than calling me to ask what I’d like instead or cancelling the order all together, they waited until I got there and waited in line to tell me and then I had to wait around for them to make my drink. They also really need to add hooks outside to tie dog leashes to. This neighborhood is super dog friendly and so close to the park. And with a lack of parking, it’s easier to pop in when I’m already out walking the dog than to try to find parking on my way to work, at that point I’d just go downtown to Brothers’ Cortado or Revelstoke where there is plenty of parking around and places to tie my dogs leash while I run inside (he comes everywhere). Overall, just disappointed. There’s A LOT of room for improvement."

"Good coffee that's made well! I gotta say with so many fast food style coffee spots everywhere it's nice to have a place nearby making fresh and good tasting coffee. They have all the coffee drinks you'd expect as well as some sandwiches and pastries. Friendly staff that was patient and willing to answer questions all with a smile. Table drop off once you order. There's plenty of seating, but they are large tables. So cuddle up next to a stranger and ask how their day is going!"

"First visit to Concord while driving between Portsmouth and Burlington. Found this coffee spot via Google Maps and it didn't disappoint. Typical "new hampshire core" exterior that makes it look pretty average from the outside but any coffee fan will recognize the quality inside from the smell of the coffee and the barista set up. It was nice to drink a quality cappuccino and Bae like her club sandwich. Recommend!"
