"My family and I are frequent customers of the Heav’nly Donuts Derry location, and I wanted to take a moment to share some positive feedback. I especially appreciate that I can request a fresh cracked egg instead of scrambled (and vice versa) for my sandwiches and wraps. Other locations don’t offer this option, so it’s something I genuinely value about this store. After experiencing a couple of minor order errors, I reached out to the manager via email simply to make him aware of the missing items. He responded promptly with sincere apologies and went above and beyond by offering to provide breakfast for my family on the house. This gesture was completely unexpected, as I wasn’t looking for compensation—just to share feedback. He took his dedication even further by giving me his personal cell phone number so I could text him my next order, ensuring it would be prepared to their standards. That level of care and commitment is, in my opinion, truly exceptional customer service. I highly recommend giving the Heav’nly Donuts Derry location a try if you haven’t already. They consistently demonstrate how much they value their customers."

"I ordered a delivery on local, when it arrived half was missing. I call and the manager says he will make it right and will leave a note that I am to get the missing items and the next days order free of charge. I go in and mention a note was left and the person never goes to look for it, just asks "well did you pay for it yesterday" to wich i respond yes. She then proceeds to cash me out for everything, including the items I paid for yesterday. I immediately reiterate i paid for them yesterday and a note was left and I get attute back saying "I asked if you paid for it yesterday and you said no". She never once looks for the note, just gives attitute and charged me for my order that was supposed free. On top of it I gi to eat my sandwich and it is ice cold, cheese never melts on it even because of how cold the food was. Not sure if its the owner or the employees causing it but they have now lost a loyal consistent multi visit, each over $30, per week customer. Mistakes happen, what you do to correct them is what matter..."

"Everytime I come to this location my food is alway burnt. I even ask for lightly toasted breads knowing when I come here it comes out burnt. How can one not tell when a sandwich is so hard and black in color. The iced tea I ordered as well tastes nothing like tea but water. Only good thing from my visit this morning was the Cookie Monster donut for the children."
