"I’ve ordered from Aroma Joe’s through DoorDash a lot, and every single time from this location specifically, they mess something up. It’s beyond frustrating at this point. I’ve had items completely missing—like a glazed donut I ordered twice and never got either time—the store never gives a refund or even tries to fix it. One time I got a flat and watered down rush, and today I ordered two plain bagels, received two asiago bagels instead. They also ALWAYS put the butter in the bagel bag (I get it toasted) so everything is melted by the time I get it. This time I called the store and the worker stated they sent me the plain bagels… nope. You did not. She said I could also come through the drive thru and she could “refund” me for it… like seriously? What about all the other things I ordered that I never received either? I can’t eat the bagels I got due to a health issue so I guess it was a huge waste of money. I’ve given them so many chances, but it’s always the same mistakes. It feels like they just don’t care about their customers or the quality of their food and I swear they do it on purpose. I’m so tired of wasting my money on this place, I’m done ordering from them. "I have been coming here every morning since this location opened sometimes more than once a day. They always make the coffees perfect and the rush energy drinks have so many tasty options to choose from and the girls will always give a recommendation or give me a good choice when I ask them to just surprise me with one when I can't make my own decision. The staff is what really makes this place great they always greet you with a smile and seem like they enjoy their job thats what helps keep me going back every morning to start my day with a good drink and great vibes."

"So Aroma Joe's lost me as a customer today. I ordered two coffees and tipped $3. One coffee was supposed to be a medium ice with one cream and three sugars. I realized after I left that the coffee had a ton of cream and no sugar. I went back to exchange it as the same order and got it with no sugar again AND the coffee was over filled so coffee was between the lid and the cup so when I went to taste it I got it all over my shirt and my my seat belt. It's not funny. People don't like this type of service or behavior. I guess this is what happens when you allow your business to be run by children. Hey, Aroma Joe's. FIX IT"

"I had a fantastic experience at the drive-thru! From start to finish, everything was quick, efficient, and stress-free. An employee, Avery, greeted me with a warm smile through the window and got my order just right the first time. I barely had to wait, and my food (or order) was hot, fresh, and exactly as requested. What really stood out was how friendly and professional he seemed. Even during what seemed like a busy time, he stayed upbeat and made the whole interaction feel personal. This location clearly values customer service, and it shows. I’ll definitely be back and would recommend this spot to anyone looking for a reliable and pleasant drive-thru experience!"
