"Sadly, the pad Thai was nothing like pad Thai. Overcooked, mushy noodles with watery and tasteless sauce.. not a single bean sprout or fresh scallion anywhere in the dish. Cabbage and carrots were overcooked… it was weird. No texture except mush, and I even asked for extra peanuts which were also somehow mushy. The only thing that gave it flavor were two limes shoved into it. The combo platter with spareribs & pork fried rice was not even mediocre… for $45, I feel my money was wasted. :("

"Phantom Rice I'm disappointed. In the past year, when we've tried ordering from K'sG they "forget" to include the rice package with the chef's special dinner menu items. Not just for delivery, but pickup, too. Last time i ordered I put the order in for pick up, paid online ahead of time with a tip, drove downtown, asked if they had included everything this time, got handed a knotted plastic sack order. when I got back to my car I opened the plastic bag that they tied so tightly shut. No rice container. I returned immediately to get the rice. And they ARGUED with me that they DID include the rice. I asked them to show me which paper container had rice. They couldn't find it either, then they yelled at me that I had taken it out. Seriously?! No. This time we tried delivery again. Still no rice. My friends, I realize that it was only $1.00 worth of missing steamed rice, at most. But, it is supposed to be included in the order with the chef's specials... that I paid for each time, in earnest. So, has anyone else in the greater Keene area experienced the phantom rice phenomenon with their King's Garden food order? (Edited for spelling)"
