"***ETA- I am still waiting for a response from my 2 emails to cooperate or a phone call. Thank you I am appalled at the customer service I received at this Keene location. I purchased a Geek bar for $27.99. Asked for a receipt, wished them a happy new year and drove 45 min home. When I got home I opened the box to find the vape wouldn't hit. It was 100% charged and life. I called the store. The clerk said there's nothing she can do without the manager. I drove back to the store where I was forced to purchase another vape. I tested it in store, paid, got a receipt, thanked them and left. I understand there's nothing they could do but I was assured to return the next morning so that Cooper, the store manager, could exchange it. When I got there, Cooper refused to exchange the defective vape. He said store policy prohibits returns/exchanges on disposable vape once they leave the store. When I asked for the cooperate number he demanded I leave the store. Cooper would not listen and repeated for me to leave. I turned around and left. I can not believe I was treated with such disregard. I have been a faithful customer for 5 yrs and belong to the points club. I only left one star because zero is not an option. I emailed cooperate without a response. Working in customer service, NO ONE WILL EVER BE TREATED LIKE THIS IN MY WORKPLACE!! DO BETTER COOPER & SMOKERS HAVEN!!!"
