Usually I’m very patient about it but today was different… I got my normal rush a plain bagel and hash browns…. Got my rush perfect but the food they gave me a sesame seed bagel and no hash browns… I went in they fixed the bagel and forgot to give me my hash browns… i corrected her once again and she was very rude about it I’m sorry but there was no need for that…. I would have normally stated my opinion to them directly but I wasn’t going to Ruin my day for something like that … the poor guy behind me needed his order fixed as well and was definitely getting very agitated about it"
"Please please please please PLEASE hire more people. This is the third time I've abandoned an effort to get something there because the poor girl was completely by herself, managing two queues of customers. She was doing the best she could but was overwhelmed. That is a failure of management. You need two people minimum to handle the morning rush of customers. Get it together. Overworking one person left alone is cruel to that employee."
"This is the absolute slowest aromas I have ever tried to go to. I feel bad because they are understaffed but also obviously do not know how to prioritize on the floor. Very frustrating as I have been made late to work from online orders that I had placed 25 minutes prior on multiple occasions, and have had to abandoned the drive thru line before AND after ordering and paying to not be late to work. A drive thru should not take more than 15 minutes with three cars in it."
"I’ve always loved the Aroma Joes on Cilley Rd but this one is closer to me. I have gone to this aroma joes a lot this year and there is a worker who is always rushing and making me feel uncomfortable, I think she’s the manager. Every time I order my coffee I say “a SPLASH of cream”, which means a small amount. Everytime this girl works, she hands me a coffee that is pure white. I keep trying to give them a second chance but this is really irritating. This has happened about 8 times this year. This worker is very rude as well, but everyone else i’ve seen is nice and friendly. Unfortunately i’m better off going to dunkin because they are nice and always get my coffee right."
"I just stopped at this location and my whole order was wrong after spending $9.97 on 2 items that were not even close to what I ordered is frustrating!!! This is the not first time I have had a bad experience at Aroma Joes and it’s disappointing!!! Please try to resolve your problem whatever it may be !!!!!!!"
