"Ordered through door dash. Blueberry muffin wasn't cut nor was butter added. Coffee lid was filthy, nothing was bagged, I got an item that wasn't available but got charged for it anyhow. Door dash ended up taking care of that. That was my first time ordering from there. I'm disappointed, I realize mistakes happen. But... multiple in 1 order?!??! It ruins your yummy edge. Brings things to a negative. Muffin was moist and good though. Coffee was a bit too flavored for my taste."

"Absolutely love Heavenly Donuts! Every time I stop by, the staff is friendly, the service is quick, and the donuts are always fresh and delicious. They have a great selection — from classic glazed to fun seasonal flavors — and everything I’ve tried has been amazing. Their coffee is great too, which makes it the perfect place for a morning treat or an afternoon pick-me-up. Definitely one of my favorite local spots. Highly recommend!"

"Usually we like Heavenly Donuts but the whole experience at the Nashua Canal Street location was a huge disappointment. The girl at the window was quite rude. Usually when you give someone a tip the correct response would be “thank you”. This girl just took it and walked away. No response at all. Also the donuts were stale and felt like they were from yesterday. Sadly, we won’t be returning to this location again. We drove through about 10:20am on 8/31. This location isn’t recommended with service and quality like this."

"Ordered ahead on the app and my food and drink was ready as soon as I got there. Younger girl working the window was super friendly. Probably one of the best frozen coffees I’ve had in a long time. Can’t wait to go back"

"So disgusted. 2 weeks ago I got a strawberry lemonade it had what looked like metal particles in it I said something they fixed it something was still floating so I got something else Today I go back got regular lemonade drink most of it and look at the bottom and almost started throwing up! It's a huge white glob almost looks like slime/glue I'll never come back again and it's sad it's right near my work I was going almost daily if you can't be clean you shouldn't be running something with food. I literally want to throw up"
