"I've heard good things about this place, so we decided to get delivery. The food took well over an hour to arrive, that's fine, restaurants get busy at night, I get it, I worked in kitchens for nearly 15 years, so I understand. However, the quality of the food is abysmal. The roast beef sub I ordered, that was supposed to come with gravy and cheese showed up with nothing on it, just flavorless, sub par sliced deli meat. The bacon cheese fries I ordered was equally as bad. The fries were old, and the cheese had been sitting in them for so long that it turned to one hard solid mass. The steak tips my partner ordered were great, but the sauce they used for the pasta tasted bland and from a can. I wanted to like this place, but I was given no reason to."

"I was excited to try this place, but unfortunately, the pizza I received was poorly prepared. The top was noticeably burnt. The cheese and toppings were overcooked, while the dough underneath was still undercooked and raw. It was an odd combination that made the pizza quite literally inedible. I didn’t reach out for a replacement, as I believe food should be checked for quality before it’s sent out. Hopefully this was just a one-off mistake, but based on this experience, I’m not sure I’d order again."
"I don’t want to give one star because when I have been able to order, the food is always pretty decent. Won’t completely blow your socks off but everything I’ve gotten for the most part has been good as well as portion sizes. My biggest gripe is the ordering process, their hours etc. when they first opened I was thrilled for a late night option as I work nights typically until 10pm or so. Upon opening and according to their business hours advertised they’re open until 1:30 7 days a week. Maybe 2-3 months ago, attempted to order around 10/10:30 and was notified they were closed. Last Friday I put in an order at 10:30, estimated time of delivery was 11:20. It was “confirmed” on the app, I was given an ETA, and it was just never delivered or showed up. I figured they were running late and waited until 12:15 or so before calling, got a busy signal tone and decided to just going to bed and deal with it in the morning. I was not charged so it’s not a case of it just going to the wrong house or something by accident. Between a voicemail/text/message on the ordering app it kind of baffles me that an order would just get cancelled/refunded (three hours before closing time) without letting a customer know what was going on. If I ordered at 1:25AM I could kind of see it not going thru but that wasn’t even nearly the case. I do like the food and have had good experiences other than it seems like they just don’t honor their advertised business hours. The cancelled order without any type of heads up or explanation really turned me off so I’m not sure if I’ll go back which is a total bummer cause there aren’t a bunch of great roast beef or late night places in Nashua. I was really excited to see this place come to town when they first opened."
