from Google & Yelp"30 Dollars for two coffees and 2 stale bagels with a quarter teaspoon of cream cheese on them. If you want a normal amount of cream cheese they will charge you a few extra dollars. It is absolutely insane they have the audacity to charge for “extra” cream cheese. One small cup of cream cheese from Dunkin’ Donuts (which is very tiny) is more than what they give you here even when you ask for extra. They also enjoy printing out these reviews and putting them on the wall. Weird flex, but your food, coffee and service still sucks. Take your business elsewhere."
"I stopped by Grounds while visiting New London and had a great experience. This small-town coffee cafe has a warm, inviting atmosphere with a nice seating area—perfect for reading, working on a laptop, or just relaxing with a cup of coffee. The coffee is excellent! Whether you're in the mood for a rich espresso, a smooth latte, or a refreshing iced coffee, they’ve got you covered. They also offer a great selection of baked goods—muffins, pastries, and more—to pair with your drink. The two ladies behind the counter were incredibly friendly, adding to the welcoming vibe of the place. Overall, it’s a great spot to start your day or take a break. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in New London!"
"Love this café! Truly a very nice place to stop for coffee or a sweet baked treat! Teddi is a very pleasant person, and she always remembers her customer's names. 11/10 would go again and again."
"Great little bakery with lots of goodies. They have lots of different drink combinations both hot and cold, and a large variety of baked goods. Also all throughout the bakery there are local goods for sale such as artwork, handmade cards, earrings, etc. Prices very reasonable. Will go there any chance I get!"
"I ordered a 24-oz decaf iced latte, and my drink was pure milk, and you could taste no espresso or the maple syrup I was charged extra for. It was so pale and only got a hint stronger when the coffee ice cubes started to melt. I also ordered the gluten-free maple walnut muffin, and it must have been a few days old because it was so dense and dry, and was loaded with walnuts and little to no actual muffin. I also ordered the gluten-free spinach and feta handheld pastry, and that was also incredibly dull and dry. All of this for $20! With a 4.7 rating, I was hopeful that it would have been a good experience, but unfortunately, that was not the case. I would not recommend going here."
"This is A++++++++ service. It is a small LOCAL business. All bakery items are handmade and absolutely incredible. I will drive 30 mins here over going to..."
